Larry Heyman, 75, of Hamilton, IN, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away on June 18, 2016 in Lakeland, FL after battling cancer. Larry was born on February 16, 1941, to the late Raymond and Lily (Stephenson) Heyman. He graduated as valedictorian from Grand Rapids High School in Grand Rapids, OH in 1959. Larry Heyman, 75, of Hamilton, IN, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away on June 18, 2016 in Lakeland, FL after battling cancer. Larry was born on February 16, 1941, to the late Raymond and Lily (Stephenson) Heyman. He graduated as valedictorian from Grand Rapids High School in Grand Rapids, OH in 1959. Larry worked for Chrysler Jeep for 25 years in management and retired in 2000. He was known for his generosity and desire to take care of others. Larry will be greatly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents, Larry is also preceded in death by his brother, Lanny. Larry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Vicky (Dimmerling); one son, Rick and his wife Shelly (Winters); one daughter Brenda and husband Kevin Hughes; brother Don and wife Sally Stephenson; sister Pat and husband Jerry Davis; grandchildren Crystal and husband Dr. Brian Pugh, Corey and Nicolette Hughes; great-grandchildren Eloise Ozuk and Mason Pugh. Family and friends may visit on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 2-8P.M. at Wright-Hanneman-Habegger Funeral Home, 24084 W. Second Street, Grand Rapids, OH. The funeral service for Mr. Heyman will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10:30A.M. Pastor Bruce Perry will be officiating. Burial will follow at Beaver Creek Cemetery.
