Darlene Knott, 80, of Wakeman, passed away on February 22, 2017 at the Norwalk Memorial Home. She was born on January 28, 1937 in Ohio, and has lived in Wakeman for most of her life. She was a homemaker who loved the Cleveland Indians and enjoyed crochet, reading and walking. Darlene Knott, 80, of Wakeman, passed away on February 22, 2017 at the Norwalk Memorial Home. She was born on January 28, 1937 in Ohio, and has lived in Wakeman for most of her life. She was a homemaker who loved the Cleveland Indians and enjoyed crochet, reading and walking. She is survived by her daughter Linda Brown, of Wakeman, granddaughters Susan Schippel, Chance Cox, and Angie Amstutz, five great-grandchildren, and a sister Karen. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, children Louise Rishel, and Franklin Knott Jr., her parents Herman and Eva Warren, and a brother David Warren. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 1, at 5:00 pm at Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. Pastor Ken Blystone will be officiating. Private burial will take place at Wakeman Cemetery.
