Noreen Curtis, 72, of Norwalk, formerly of Collins, passed away on May 16, 2016 at The Carriage House in Norwalk. She was born on June 21, 1943 in Vermilion, and was a Vermilion High School graduate. She went on to study and graduate from Ohio Northern University where she met her husband Robert "Bob" P. Curtis. She worked for Miller Implement in Collins, and volunteered for 15 years at Abigail Pregnancy Services. She enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her husband of over 51 years Robert, her children, Caroline (Dan) Bican, of Norwalk, Robert P. (Deborah) Curtis III, of Akron, Matthew (Vicky), of Wyoming, MI, a brother Neill (Diana) Welch, of Vermilion, sister-in-law Vicki Welch, of Berlin Heights, five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Norris and Nettie (Bogart) Welch, and a brother Ned Welch.
Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 pm until the time of services at 7:00 pm at the Morman-Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home, 38 South Street, Berlin Heights. Pastor Paul Lamb will be officiating. Burial will take place later at Maple Grove Cemetery.

Bob, I was always so delighted whenever I bumped into you and Noreen at a sale. I know that the smile on her face and the twinkle in her eye was there, due in large part, to you. So sorry for your loss.
