He was born on January 21, 1964, in Gallipolis, OH, to the late Raymond and Dorothy Bouchonville. He was a 1982 graduate of Oberlin High School. He served in the US Navy in Persian Gulf. Philip Bouchonville, 54, of Collins, passed away on August 22, 2018 at Stein Hospice Care Center surrounded by his family. He was born on January 21, 1964, in Gallipolis, OH, to the late Raymond and Dorothy Bouchonville. He was a 1982 graduate of Oberlin High School. He served in the US Navy in Persian Gulf. He was an engineer for Great Lakes Fleet for 28 years. He enjoyed woodworking. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Dawn (Horning), his daughter Maegan, of Collins, siblings Kathy Rich, of Wellington, Pat Targett, of New London, Mary Rich, of Toledo, Matt and Andy Bouchonville, both of VA, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Mark, Mike, and Paul Bouchonville. Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 until the time of services at 5:00 pm at the Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. Chaplain Mel Sayler will be officiating.
