Berry Conrad Minney, 68, of Kipton, passed away on Tuesday October 30, 2018, at Allen Memorial in Oberlin. He was born on June 11, 1950, in Oberlin, OH, and has lived in Kipton for his entire life. Berry Conrad Minney, 68, of Kipton, passed away on Tuesday October 30, 2018, at Allen Memorial in Oberlin. He was born on June 11, 1950, in Oberlin, OH, and has lived in Kipton for his entire life. He was a 1968 graduate of Firelands High School. He was a Truck Driver for 48 years, most recently at the former Skaggs Trucking in South Amherst. Berry was a nature lover and truly cared for animals. Along with his companion, Judy, they rescued many different animals. Berry loved being around people and was very gregarious. He is survived by his companion of 23 years Judy Wiele; step son Sandy Hensley; step daughter Erica (Cory) Fisher; step-son Arthur Wiele; grandson Alexander Fisher, sister Gala “Shelley” Reznick, of Atlanta, his nephew Rickey (Jessica) Minney, of Kipton and a brother. He was preceded in death by his parents Forest and Madeline (Conrad) Minney, brothers Rickey Minney, and Chris "Crisco" Minney. Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 until the time of services at 1:00 pm at the Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. Melvin Sayler will be officiating. Burial will follow at Camden Cemetery.
