JoAnne Jackson, 73, of Wakeman, passed away on January 12, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on June 15, 1945 in Norwalk to the late Joseph Fisher and Nellie (Polasek) Fisher-Adelman. She was a 1963 graduate of Wakeman High School. She was a homemaker and member of St. Mary's Church in Wakeman. JoAnne Jackson, 73, of Wakeman, passed away on January 12, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on June 15, 1945 in Norwalk to the late Joseph Fisher and Nellie (Polasek) Fisher-Adelman. She was a 1963 graduate of Wakeman High School. She was a homemaker and member of St. Mary's Church in Wakeman. She loved playing Scrabble with her friends, garage sales, helping others, working in her yard, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her three daughters, Shari, of Kissimmee, FL, Cindi, of Wellington, and KariAnne, of Wakeman, eight grandchildren, Charles and James Hammond, Nathan, Joy, and Kaleb Jackson, Zoey Senghas, Hope Jackson, and Brady Senghas, sister-in-law, Linda McGlathery, of Westlake and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years Robert "Bob" Jackson, a son Robert Jackson Jr., Step father Ed Adelman, brothers Robert and James Fisher. Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 at the Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:30 at St. Marys Church on Main Street in Wakeman. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
